Platform Activation
When logging into CloudQuery Platform for the first time, you may see a screen like this:
To proceed, you will need either a CloudQuery API key or an offline key. These will only be available if your organization already has a CloudQuery account, so what you need to do next depends on this.
Scenario 1: You already have a CloudQuery account
API Key Activation
- Visit https://cloud.cloudquery.io/team-api-keys and create a new API key.
- Copy the key into the field on Platform and click
Continue.
API key activation also lets you download plugins from CloudQuery Hub.
Offline License Key Activation
Offline license keys allow CloudQuery Platform to run in an airgapped environment without a connection to the CloudQuery API. This is only available upon request. If you already have an offline license key, upload it by clicking the button. If you would like to discuss obtaining a new offline license key, reach out to us.
Scenario 2: You don’t have a CloudQuery account yet
If your organization does not have a CloudQuery account yet, reach out to us, we can help you get set up.
Next steps
Once your platform is activated, head to Your First Sync to connect a cloud provider and start syncing data.
